Pulse is Convergys' mobile application that is to support Convergys operations. The solution is role based and is intended to be used across technology platforms and work on multiple hand held devices. The solution's purpose is to allow Convergys leaders to maintain operational connectivity and perform operational functions while being mobile. To use the Pulse CVG mobile app, you ll need a Convergys domain login ID.
